    Looking for a million in an MCA

    I have a client who is doing over 1.5 mil a month and is looking for a million for a mca. They have a project coming up which will net a great ROI. They have 2 smaller positions that total about 100k that they would like to pay off with this loan

    Why are the going with an MCA?

    If they have good financials, FICO, much better options are possible.

    Ask amount 1m and doing 1.5m a month in rev is a big ask, let alone with 2 positions. I am assuming the balances are only 100k because the original deals were small which generally gives you a good inkling of what the merchant is actually good for vs what they are requesting. With that being said if it is an industry with a high profit margin and you want to co broker it, feel free to PM me. Doubtful at 1m but I can sell the merchant on something less.

    Assuming for a moment this company could secure a $1M MCA - and the contract is in the future, how is the Company going to make the payments ?

    What type of industry is he in. What are the daily balances. He might of gotten smaller mcas because at the time he took them he was under a year in business and maybe was not at the 1.5 million mark yet. We wont payoff that much of a dollar amount and it would not make sense for the merchant to most likely do so. My companies max is 1 million depending on the industry with the profit margins are and daily balances and credit. We cannot go off of the contract until we see the revenue growing but as it starts to grow we can give early renewals and maybe just add on the new money to the back of the old and just readjust the payment if we like the file enough.
