For my company i cant tell you if we can do a merchant with a criminal record with out knowing what it was for as well as how long ago and how old he was back then. Then we need to see how good the file is.

Where is the merchant located. Are the daily balances at least around 1,750 a day or more. I might be able to get this done. If it is a first position my companies program works kind of like a line of credit.
