Trucking acquisition, ~ 13M, US based
~8.4 hard assets (trucks mostly)
~2.2M liquid checking/savings
~4.8M existing debt
net income 3.8 / 1.9 w/ depreciation
Borrower 800+ has other assets

Too large for SBA I believe, but I'm a relative rookie - anyone have a home for this?

SBA can go up to $5 MM and I have a lender who can go up to $15 MM on a 10 year term loan. I also have private money up to $1 B. So reach out. Usually requires 20% down.
