2 years of tax returns, credit over 690 (ETRAN over 175) and 1.2M in revenue could possibly get him up to $350k from the SBA in under 10 business days.

Monthly payment. 10 year term. Rates under 9.25% a year. No prepayment penalty.

If he doesn't have one of those three, then an MCA (credit card split) might still be an option as they get the repayment before the funds hit the bank (where OD are occuring)...

My company tmr now might take a look at this if it is a 1st postion as a cc split. And our first positions work like a line of credit in a way. We do not refinance the balance on renewals like every other funder does so the merchant gets double charged on the old money.
