Please recommend funders
Merchant does roughly 50k a month, is using personal account but has a bank letter stating that account is owned by the llc and is used for business. I know this is an automatic decline but let me know if there is Any one you can recommend to work outside of the box on this one
Thank you.

Why don't they convert it to a business account? Any funder working with this merchant is opening themselves up to usury suits...bad bad news.

No funder will do this deal. Try Lending Club or Upstart for personal loan options.
We specialize in funding:
Deals w prior Defaults
"Over Leveraged" deals
All Positions (as long as there is space)
Low FICO scores
and all other "difficult" deals
To submit a file or to request an ISO Agreement, kindly email underwriting@supremefunding.net.
I look forward to hearing from you.

This screams tax evasion to me lol
There is no reason a business should be operating out of a personal account. I wouldn't touch a personal account with a ten-foot pole.

Yes had a chat with the lawyer from a company in thousands of bank statements and said to stay away from personal bank accounts ..I'm not a lawyer and i don't repeat 2nd hand reasons -- But the message was clear -- JUST SAY NO!
