Make sure to sign up with Lendini ( Lendini.com ) we offer Same day approvals, same day funding and most important same day commissions paid ! 10 points in on ALL APPROVALS and FULL COMMISSION on renewals. We do 1 st and 2nd positions and 3rd's if it make sense. Our rates are approx 10 points lower the the industry avg on 2nds and 3rds, the average is approx 1.45 paying 5-7, we are avg 1.35 paying 10 !! Minimal stips on the back end, DL, VC, LL and Bank Verification and we fund same day !! We specialize in "B" and cleaner "C" paper deals.
