Looking for a funder that will provide a decent cash advance for a construction company. Merchant is a foreign national with an ITIN, he is from singapore

All you need is proof of residency with ITIN. I'm sure several MCA guys here can help. If he owns multiple properties why not see if he can get a hard money loan on the properties.

If he has been here for awhile and has good banks and everything we would take a look at it. But because of the itin and construction and a stack we would probably cap the term at 3-5 months.

He needs an EIN number for his business. In addition, he made need to put up collateral.

Hey Vince, shoot me an email. We fund ITINs at Elevate. They just need to be in business for at least a year and can produce a 2021 business tax return.
