If the recipient of the bond doesnt show up they need to do collections akin to the way they do it in Philly lol
Then the money owed to the bail bondsman has to go through the court system to get paid back
The people taking the bonds are going to be criminals in some cases, innocent until proven guilty yeah sure, but there in the situation of needing a bond in the first place, meaning they're not liquid enough to put the money up themselves, which also means they likely would have problems paying for the advance
basically legal liabilities and exposure

I hear you but that's not the reason why it got blacklisted -- Ill give you a hint ...most UW's can not tell you why its backlisted. (in my opinion)

From an UW Perspective most of the revenue is not true revenue since the deposits are mostly the Bail Bond company being paid back on notes they themselves originated, the ROI on the bonds is relatively low in comparison
