    Yeah, what I'm saying is there's so much fraud in MCA that never gets reported to law enforcement, such as sending in fraudulent bank statements which is a criminal act.

    How do you know who is providing the manipulated statements: the merchant or the ISO/broker? I guarantee if you ask them you will never get a straight answer from either one.

    That's what the criminal justice system is for, we wouldn't need to solve the crime, just need to report it.
