Everest told me they do non profits.
Scotsman's guide and Google will find church lenders. I had some discussions with church lenders but wan't impressed. Most just want to do land.Last edited by Olderguy; 09-08-2022 at 11:28 AM.

Hey brother! We're a newer funder in the MCA space that does non-profits like Sororities, Frats, Housing, and Community Aid companies. We don't like churches very much unless they're specifically making a lot of money with merchandising. Send me a line to mac@clarityadvance.com and we'll see if we can get some deals done for you!
