Why? I do not mean to be rude but what makes you think that you will succeed with no prior experience and no clue on how to get lead flow?
Also ucc has been a dead lead source for years now

Eden...like I told you, get the business first, in any way you can and then find the lenders to satisfy your lender's financial needs. Your are going to have to investigate and get trial leads from people. And then see what works and what doesn't work. I'll help you find lenders when you get to that point.

most companies only file UCC's when the deal goes south, so you're basically calling on the worst deals that won't fund (for the most part).

UCC's were great in 2008 when it was only a matter of getting someone on the phone and verifying their balances since everyone you spoke with wanted money back then. Today they're getting 20 to 50 calls per day all saying the same thing, not to mention most funders don't file UCC's on a business anymore until the deal defaults.

You need to look for businesses who could use funding to grow or sustain their business, not "leads". It's not and never was a short cut to cherries and rainbows.
