Does BV allow you to charge the merchant a PSF for setting up LOC?

No
And not only that, unless you're an approved "BROKER" with them (not a referral partner) you don't get paid 3 on each renewal, just on the first funding. I think it takes a year to get approved

You need to also keep up to date with your client. If they take any other loans or advances they freeze the LOC.
