I have a Tax Preparation Software company that is looking for some funding. Obviously, the peak months are Feb, Mar & Apr. They have been advised that IF they are offered funding, it would be during their operating months. The bank statements reflect little to no activity the other 8 1/2 to 9 months of the year. Any suggestions.

MFS global if they accept their financials. Be sure to have a years worth of statements and possible tax returns. Also- make sure they are doing more than 6 (?) deposits per month and have business banks

If they have a track record (profitable in 2012 and 2013) and sales above 250k they would qualify for the capital they need..
