    Tax Guard

    we had a deal killed due to tax guard and got it done elsewhere. are many companies asking for 8821s on deals $100K and up?

    A paper places.. Mostly over 150K

    Its the norm for a lot of A Paper on 100K+ deals, wouldn't say its happening any more or less than it used to
