Are they already factoring? If not, get them there first. Might not be as "juicy" up front, but give them something good first so that they can grow.

There are hundreds of factoring companies in the US. The most reputable companies are members of IFA. There are over 30 factoring companies in the US that are owned by banks or subsidiaries of banks. Most work with referral partners and pay referral fees.
