dude if you are charging a psf chances are you have an attorney and it's getting wired directly to your account, how is this useful to anyone? you can literally just initiate an ach transfer or a wire transfer at closing, why would you add in extra steps?

A Merchant that accepts MCA Funding has an Attorney? Not in my experience.

The main purpose of a Check 21 is that is does not require any additional action by a Merchant.

IF you are charging a PSF that has already been approved by the merchant when he/she has signed the funding documents.

Yes, they could a wire or an ACH which takes 1 to 3 days - Check 21 is just another option.
Many business owners have never initiated a wire or an ACH - additional a business owner may have "Bill Pay"
but not ACH which with many banks is an additional service that they have to apply and obtain approval.

you are definitely a special one dave, I was referring to the broker. most of us have attorneys especially if we are charging a psf because legally it has to be on a separate contract, kinda need an attorney to write that. i don't think you have any idea how this industry operates tbh

If you say so - A Simple Check by Phone Authorization phone is more than adequate - but - if you feel more comfortable using an Attorney,
