PITA ISOs
Have you ever worked with an ISO who called you every morning before 9 am but you both know you have no updates for them?
Have you explained a process and requested information just for them to ask "hey- how's everything going?" Meanwhile, you are waiting for the stips to move forward?

I have one like that, but that ISO isn't for MCA deals more for hard money and I just tell him the stips I need and can't move forward until I get them. My MCA Iso's are good, before signing them up I let them know everything and what to expect. Being that they've been in the industry for quite some time they know what's needed and what to expect. Be straight forward with them without hurting their ego.
