    Need a weird lender for this special situation

    Merchant is 100-200k monthly . However due to divorce his biz bank account is closed and he has to make a new one , has tax returns going back years and maybe can get old bank statments from jan feb prior to divorce , is this dead in the water for 3 months while he builds new bank history or is there a funder for this fella out there ?

    I've seen term loans with a void in deposits but not necessarily that long....and also done term loans with MCA defaults.....if no deposits now and new bank account, have you tried a start up loan? Does he have any property to do a hard money loan?
