Will 1 new contract cover ALL states requiring APR Disclosure?
I know that Cali APR Disclosure on contracts is coming up in November 2022. If I pay for a new contract that has all the APR Disclosure requirements, will that 1 contract cover me for ALL states requiring these types of disclosures or will I potentially need a new contract for every state?
