Lease? Wait a minute, you’re saying that you’ll lease a domain, let someone else build up rank authority in Google, then when lease is up, you’ll just step into that rank authority?
Why would someone do all this when they can buy a domain for $10 (or less) and get Linux hosting for like $1 a month the first year. Total out of pocket for the first year: $22.
I don’t want to knock your hustle but come on, man.

Right, you won't own it. That's the problem. Why lease a domain that someone else owns in a way that the owner could just take it back after it's been built up, or could just jack up the price after 4 years of me using it, or price-gouge me, or ransom my data? It's like renting a house and having the renter install central A/C, but worse.
If I needed any of those domains, I'd just buy quikbusinessloanllc.com.

quickbusinessloan.com literally gets zero hits per month. Those supposed companies that use it for a lead generation page get nothing out of it.
That domain is worth about $5Last edited by WestCoastFunding; 06-16-2022 at 04:53 PM.

You are missing the point. No one wants a misspelled domain, especially a leased domain. It takes 1 hour to spin up a server & have word press be your front end. It takes about another 90 minutes to run all dev op functions to automate managing the site.
My domains cost ~12 p.a. and a low traffic website costs me ~11 dollars a month to run fully automated.
Having a custom Linux server is great until you have to manage it and something goes wrong. This is the same reason why my businesses run off google while my personal email is a server in my house. I can manage a server but I rather focus my efforts on things that make me money & not nickle & dime 100 bucks here and there but that's just me

Yes you can.
Dave, I’ve been telling you for years that you have no clue when it comes to SEO. For years you couldn’t get your *own company name* to rank on page 1 of Google when the name of your company was searched. It’s not that your bad at SEO. You’re the worst I’ve ever seen. The products you peddle are outdated and useless. It’s just a bunch of crap.
