    Who can fund w/ tax liens not on a payment plan?

    A Paper besides the liens. Merchant is in negotiations on a settlement but making payments when he can.

    Payroll taxes. I don't have a specific amount yet.

    SBA and term guys won't fund if payroll taxes due. Other taxes OK. MCA guys might.

    Payroll taxes are basically looked at by the government as theft.

    Depending on industry, some reputable factors and asset based lenders will provide a facility to a prospect with a payroll tax lien.

    Ok, thought it may have been on the property.
    I don't think anyone will be trying to out position (irs.gov)
    just doesn't seem practical.
    Sorry can't offer any useful insight here.
