Challenging deal
Hey yall, I'm looking for a lender that would be willing to do a no net consolidation of 3 positions. merchant owes around 500k and is doing 500k-700k monthly. merchant has 800 fico and flawless bank statements. they will not take a reverse, if you can offer a no net reverse and are an actual lender please reach out.

Why not do SBA Express if he is making money and has cash flow?

It's not collateralized....why would anyone with three MCA loans be not interested in a SBA Express? Explain that to me. I can submit and get an answer pretty much immediately. Anybody who says not interested assumes they are too difficult, heard about too many bad experiences trying to get them,

If it's B2B, then definitely consider factoring! I'm working some great deals now that factoring is the BEST idea out there for them, but most brokers won't tell him that.

I talk to brokers all the time that can't look at the 360 degree viewpoint and really try and see what other options there are but MCA or MCA consolidation. Most of the time I can figure a way out of the MCA dilemma. Like brokers that get SBA denials but somehow I get SBA approvals. Or doing a hard money real estate loan to pay off a bunch of MCA positions. Brokers don't know and don't care - it's all about the points and that business model will ultimately fail...especially when regulation comes marching into this industry. Anybody who says they don't want a SBA loan raises a serious red flag (in my mind suggests the borrower and/or the broker doesn't understand these loans)......like really - why not...? I have a done tons of quick MCA's and then paid them off with a SBA in 60 days. Same thing with hard money property loans. Be a loan officer and look at the big picture.

not a vapor company. and not to reveal any more details about my deal this merchant will not qualify for the sba due to certain requirements within the sba Sop. Like you older guy I am very familiar with SBA loans and have read and keep a copy of the SBA SOP on my computer. there are several requirements this merchant cannot fufil and therefore the sba is off the table. He also will not take hard money I have already been down that road.

So apparently his industry is not bankable, hence the MCAs. Consolidation will just add debt onto debt and kick the can down the road. He doesn't want to use real estate, no AR. Have you tried helping arrange personal loans for him? He's probably adverse to those also, right, and he wants a "business loan." If not, send me an email. Tough indeed.
