Someone once said that they are the most profitable company out there, on a per deal basis. I do not know if that is actually true, it may or may not be. What I do know is that Pearl as a company requires its inhouse agent to return the full commission on any deal that goes bad, as long as it is under 75% paid off. So if they did a 6 month deal, if 4 months into it the deal goes south, the company clawbacks the commission.

Its less. 30 days and then you are clear of clawbacks.
They are the most profitable company in the industry 3 years in a row, unlike yellowstone for example, who puts all the money back into deals and barely showing a profit to they're syndication or investors, making most of the money through commission. Pearl shows overall profit from deals that payback, yo
