    Can anyone suggest a good company that will take assets & give better rates than a regular mca?

    Yes, ARF does asset based lending at decent rates. I am also doing a bunch of hard money cash out loans at 10% Interest Only (annual) for 24 months - to pay off overleveraged MCA loans. Hard money loans are based on property and are first position, no income docs required.

    Option 3 No Doc 620 Credit required

    Non-Prime - more flexible lite income doc
