Staffing company looking for 60 to 75k term loan

So I have a client who has his own staffing and recruitment firm. His credit is around 700. He gets around 58,000 in deposits each month. He's been in business for 6 years. The hiccup is he's been operating out of his home since covid. But does have a business bank account. He's looking for a term 3-5 year term loan for 60 to 75k. Feel free to send me a direct message.

    Hi Ryan,

We are the largest payroll funder, factor, and asset based lender to staffing companies in the US. Unfortunately this is way too small for us. Term loans don't work well for staffing companies as they are not revolving facilities. You would be better served obtaining a factoring facility. PM me and I will gladly refer you to some folks.

Thank you. I'd like to learn more about factoring. What are the payouts to ISOs. How long are the terms. What are interest rates for the clients
