Quick question about these large corporations getting involved.

I understand that's good for exposure to the industry, but is it all positives? Or is there any negatives to it because they are typically offering lowering rates?

What are your all's thoughts on this?

Some (most?) of them deduct payments directly from the processing before depositing into the account so when the merchant is looking for another position you're calculating leverage based on the revenue after the payment so it doesn't really make a difference to most funders.

There were always players who offered cheaper rates and merchants just go for a 2nd+ position afterwards. The merchant gets introduced to a remit and is more comfortable with it when it comes to regular MCA.

It's a net positive in my opinion.
