Anyone heard of them? Tried putting some crazy fees on a merchant I am working with

even if it was based on a lie, and you therefore stopped payments, couldn't the funder still file on the merchant.

im all for protecting the merchant but sounds like that is setting up for auto defualt

They could file, but then again, anyone could file a lawsuit. And then that doesn't mean an automatic win. It has to go through courts first. The question is if the merchant has an attorney that's willing to fight.

They tld the merchant either renew with them, wrapping up 2 of their current positions into a bigger, shorter deal, or they would charge a $25k stacking fee with a judgement, I think it was a bluff, but the merchant folded and took their deal killing my renewal that should have happened
