It's a formality box check for office lease. I don't expect to need it.

Just needed to do this for my continued partnership with On deck. Next insuance out of california was super inexpensive and easy ( 700 a year vs the 10k-30k quotes i was getting)

My lease said the same thing but they never once followed up or even asked once about it. Glad I didn't waste my money.
