This is a good find! The part about usury won't stick, but the fraud with the LOC promises will hopefully stick, and make everyone who's doing that fake LOC thing get scared and hopefully stop. (Although, it just confirms what everyone thought about with regards to Lendbug when they started making themselves knows on DF.)
