    I have a guy who can do equipment loans for people with Fico in the 500's but he requires 20% or more down and will accept co -borrower.

    Is the 20% applied to the finance amount or is it an advanced deposit? I get tons of subprime truckers & contractors, need a place besides YES that can fund them with reasonable rates.
