I spoke to a lender who says the default rate is under 10 percent..closer to 5 then 10. Telling me how risky the deals are doesn't make sense. Let's use this scenario, borrow 10k to payback 14,500 in 3 mos. If you did that 4 times as the lender in a year...after paying the iso commissions you are around 130 percent a year return.
