    the only thing in this industry that defines a company is their actions. if no one has any valid complaints about their funding tactics why go looking for problems?

    Lol that's a stretch. How about don't do anything shady AND have a website where people can find your business since you gave them money? If you have enough money to directly fund millions of dollars to merchants, you can afford nice simple website where they can find you. This isn't rocket science.
