    Let's try this again...

I made a post about a week ago but I've since received some new information that might make this deal more attractive.

My client has a three-year-old business and is looking for $3M to $10M in working capital. The business has done more than $5 Million in revenue each month for the last six months. They do not want a cash advance as they have had them before and didn't like them.

I have all of their bank statements except for one which will be ready in a couple of days.

They can provide P&L, tax returns and any other documentation that is needed.

They also have accounts receivables on the books that exceed $100M.

They are not too concerned about the rate, they just want to get the deal done as quickly as possible.

I appreciate everyone that reached out to me both publicly and privately.

Feel free to contact me at info@NovaLendingSolutions.com.

Have you spoken to factoring companies? You can use more than one if you are at a limit for each. What's' the A/R aging look like.

I actually have not. I was looking at one that I have signed up with but I didn't know I could use more than one. I will check on the aging. Thanks for the info.

if you have the right factoring partner, you can get a fee up-front, in addition to the monthly fees attached. And sometimes the client doesn't like factoring, so there's versions of non-notification, but you have to know where and how to do that.

Also, if they have senior debt, you have to know how to deal with it as well.

It's not brain surgery, but it helps knowing how factoring works and what the client will do. I'm not sure why, but a lot of merchants look at factoring as the "F-word."

I understand merchant does not want a cash advance but if Capybara Capital made a 3Million Offer over 12 months with Monthly Payment in the low 120's would your merchant be interested ? If yes for ISO Agreement Email marcus@capybarausa.com

I am making a very serious offer. perhaps for you its not helpful but for the one asking the question there is a shot (perhaps not) for him to get his merchant funded and make a very large commission. (yearly salary numbers). as we do actually fund 3M deals.
