would highly recommend doing this through the SBA, most of the people on here are going to be tire kickers and won't actually be able to help but the SBA will do startups on the 7(a) program as long as the borrowers are qualified. If you have questions feel free to DM me.

I am not sure the specs would make sense for SBA program approval. You are talking about $1.5M + $1M. I guess wouldn't hurt to get the package and review it.
