    Restaurant doing $100k a month in gross looking for $65k

    I have a restaurant with ok banks doing $100k a month in gross rev, $65k in cc sales.
    I got him an offer form Mantis for $20k over 85 payments at a 1.49. He wont take it.
    He is looking for $65k.

    His credit is absolute ****.

    He is in NJ so Loan Me wont do it.
    Also tried Rapid and Kaptus with instant declines.
    Anyone here want to take a look?

    IMO - forget the $65K - If they are averaging $65K in cc sales over the last 4 months,
    MAYBE in the range of $30/$35 with a credit card split lockbox.

    My estimation, factor rate will be in the same range, but he will have flexible daily payments.

    Beyond that, move on to the next better deal.
