    Construction co. needs $650K / $6M in sales

    Owner has never done an MCA and may not be open to MCA rates.

    Right now considering Funding Circle and On Deck, but not sure if OD funds this much and how long they will go out. Merchant has a 4% loan from a traditional lender but open to alternatives right now.

    If he is not open to MCA Rates, what are you hoping to accomplish ?
    He has 4% money, is that secured by collateral?

    The hope is to make him open to MCA. It sounds like he needs the capital. Still, it's good to have other options (LOC or FC level rates). I'm not sure if the 4% is secured -- he's been in business for 40 years and usually does over $10M before Covid hit. So for anyone who has done fundings in this range or even lower, I appreciate any recommendations.

    Is this is a B2B GC or B2B SC? Then get him a LOC or AR financing of some sort and the rates will be at least half what you're giving him. Also, he won't be locked into endless cycles of term products. Just because it pays less doesn't mean it's wrong for you to offer to your client ;-)

    If he's open minded ALFA Advance has no funding max. We can get him closer to $650k than any other MCA provider
