2ND POSITION - lets Do This.

Trust me I know other companies that will do second position but I tend to stay loyal to the ones that treat me right and give me a great service - and I normally don't do a 2nd position But this customer has asked several times -- to me it's not about making a quick buck off somebody it's about doing whats right for the customer and developing a strong relationship - -and that's why I've had repeat business for the last three years from most of my customers - they know I don't take advantage ,and a tremendous amount of referrals- I do zero outbound marketing and I'm busy all the time.....

So I think I'm doing pretty well. but thanks for your input.

Let me ask you something "Drizzle"... So all because a broker uses one particular company for additional positions- that makes them not suitable to be in this business? The BEST broker companies I know are NOT mca based and only work with a selected few lenders because of the clientele they work with. YSC does a wide range of business that others don't - so having YSC as an "stack" or "hard to fund" lender isn't a bad thing. Jerry is only asking the opinions of others because maybe their company is expanding and would like to have more options just in case something isn't suitable or rejected. I would rather someone ask a question or request guidence than jump to the conclusion of what to do, how things work, or JUDGE someone because of a question.

Yellowstone and pearl are the only 2 real 2nd position funders. Their styles vary wildly. Pearl has a centralized underwriting system and Yellowstone has 10 or so in house underwriters. Everyone else is just trying to copy those 2

There's plenty of second position funders out there. But most of them are in the shadows, just have to know how to find them.

For Cooper its not about what position, but instead what are the aggregate daily retrievals in relation to trailing average deposit volume. Stated another way- Can the merchant afford it?

Cooper is a safe bet, they provide firm offers and fund quickly. The offer might be a little slow to come but everything else about the experience is top notch.

    Jerry@localdines.com,

We entertain 2nd position deals and offer very competitive rates and flexible options. There are certain items we like to see like seasoning on the 1st position and what is the ratio between monthly MCA obligations vs. monthly revs.
