That seems to be what the bill says. "A provider or broker of sales-based financing to register with the State Corporation Commission (the Commission) in accordance with procedures established by the Commission"
Kind of vague but I'd assume this will be similar to Cali. Let's see what comes of it here in the next few weeks.
