I'm not sure who would do that. Don't want to hijack your thread here.. but..
Who is funding Canadian deals as it is right now?

We fund Canada! Its all we do.
Send it over and I can have it priced out for you.

Definitely can't go $500k. If its good enough, I can probably get you $175 - 200k.

TVT has a cannabis fund but don't know if they do Canada.
    GetBackd - try them too.

I had a deal where TVT was $250K and GetBackd was $150K
Prosperum was $175K. Could double fund but factor rates averaged 1.38
Did a personal loan for $150K to reduce the MCA loan amount.

I don't see anyone doing $500K. Unless you have real estate.

Olderguy, Prosperum and GetBakd are both white labels. Nobody should get the wrong idea to ever send anything to them.

That is a totally non constructive statement. If you can't offer alternatives you aren't making a contribution.

That suggests don't drive the car because you don't have the right brand of motor oil in it

You're promoting their products, and they're lying about being direct, they backdoor, and/or they just plain ruin deals because they don't know how to underwrite. I'm warning other users on this board following your advise. The correct comparison is that I'm telling people not to follow your car because your car is leaking gas and might car fire and explode.

If you can't offer alternatives then your comment has no value.

Amazing how you can decide what other people value. I'm not saying that you won't get offers, but someone with your knowledge in finance should not give other brokers the impression that "everyone's good, as long as they give an offer." Not everyone is good, and not everyone's offers are real, and not every funder will actually be able to close their offer.

I still have yet to see Getbackd in a single statement.

It is extremely constructive. You shouldn't recommend white labels. This is how money is lost & deals are stolen especially if they are lying about being direct.
You should only use GetBakd if you wanna get Back Doored

Prior to everyone providing referrals, since Cannabis is a high risk merchant (even in Canada)
what type of financials do you have. Time in business? P & L Statements - Banking (even in Canada) that can give a merchant nightmares.

You state they need $500K - Usage of funds ?

Not that you have to post answers on a public forum, but, does the merchant have that info to provide. ?
