700 credit score , looks like a long shot I know , already talked to SBA lenders and that is a no go

You can use any business assets, personal assets as collateral for SBA loan with a non bank SBA lender..
Do they own personal residence or other personal assets?
Primary residence? Investment property?

ERTC is the way. Literally almost everyone qualifies as long as they have employees

reach out to Jason at Quickstone they can give you nice offer 1st position via merchants credit cards then give him 150k fundbox or loanme and you have your 500k. ERTC is great program if they have/had w2 employees throughout covid but those take about 6-8 months to close. not sure if your merchant has that kind of time to wait.
