500K unsecured loan for restaurant - 1.5 yrs in business

income is 2.5M per year , only collateral is 150K in restaurant equipment , they rent the space

700 credit score , looks like a long shot I know , already talked to SBA lenders and that is a no go

anyone have any ideas ??
