    IHOP Owner Looking for 150k-200k

    I have and owner of an IHOP who is requesting 150k-200k. He has 15% ownership of his 1st location, however the second location is opening in late December in which he owns 60%.

    Owner is looking for a monthly installments with a 3-5 terms loan

    Owner Credit Score is 700+

    Owner is not looking to leverage 1st location bc it's doing well. He plans to open 10 locations within the next year.

    There's no way this client can open a new shop an pay the financing back in the period available from a MCA. However there are several plans we have that could work. Too bad we are just lowly brokers or you might lat us see if we could help.

    IF you dont have a lender already that can do this try a broker that has these. We fund with a source that does term loans.
    First deal we split the next deals you are free to take directly to lender.

    I don't know of any lenders (especially term lenders) who would look a start up?

    First glance as a start up seems the 700+ FICO might be a solid place to start.. Have him run his creditchecktotal full report and make sure there is low unsecured debt utilization. If that's the case, there is substantial low interest capital that can be secured. We do that in house:

    if your clients meets the following i should be able to get him a term loan

    Indicative General Credit Criteria*

    Borrower FICO > 620

    Business Revenue (most recent tax return year) > $150,000

    Business Net Income (at least 1 of last 2 tax return years) > $0

    Years in Business more then 2 yeras

    Bankruptcies, Current Tax Liens, Judgments, Criminal Activity No prior history

    No Sole Proprietorships

    Required Documentation (for all applications)

    3 Years Business Tax Returns
