We might be able to touch this, we would just need the bank to state that it is a business bank

From the fine print, it seems like it is a business checking account. It's a fintech with a banking sponsor, most finteches offering banking services have a banking sponsor, for example BlueVine.

I've seen situations like this, the bank can provide a letter stating: John Smiths ABC Bank account ending in #1234 is a Business Checking Account, to verify.

Capitalize used to but they required client to open a busness account for ACH's.
