Greenbox has a pretty intense process for signing up as an ISO, if it's the same as previously. You have to send in a request with their website, schedule a training/interview date. And complete their application paperwork for review. Once you've gone through the process and done their training they will schedule an onboarding date to allow you to start submitting.
