This is clearly a factoring or LOC deal, buy out the MCA and give him a product that either IS and functions like a line of credit. $2.5mm on $7mm of AR is very very very doable. The only problem is that you won't get paid MCA rates up front, so that's a decision that you're going to make, if you want residuals and some money up front, or you "need" 10 points on each deal. Micah is correct. He hooked me up with a 2mm revolving LOC deal at 11.6% in mid feb. didn't end up closing as he went his bank but an MCA really doesn't seem to be the fit here.
