What are the current software pain points on MCA industry?
We built some products for MCA want to ensure that our out of the box version covers all the must have features. What pain points do you all have with your CRM today?

yup , you have systems that are great for the iso part front end and systems that are great for the backend. not really any good from beginning to end especially for the small guy that cant spend a crazy amount per month. also not where you need to triple pay , pay for this system which is on that system , which is on another system that you need to pay for all 3.
