Restaurant with two locations in NYC. The business is looking for a loan to mainly refinance an expensive MCA that is at a rate of about 25% (about a one year term). Currently, there is $211k outstanding on the loan.

On its 2013 tax return, revenues were $1.7m down from $2.1m. Down tick was the result of the company closing a kiosk location that it found was unprofitable. The business has been around since 2006 and came through the great recession stronger. Both locations look fine. Simple restaurants, nothing fancy, but people like the food.

A lender could come in with an amortizing loan of less than 20% per annum for three years, which would be beneficial for both borrower and lender.
