    Does anyone want to take over leads for non-mca/wc/ or equipment financing ?

    I'm generating about 1,500 leads a month on avg, our primary product is working cap, mca, equipment financing.
    is anyone interested in taking over leads that are for other products? This way i can monetize some of my marketing spend?

    Typically these leads are
    Real Estate
    Commercial Real Estate
    Probably good for credit repair
    Start up loans
    not sure what else.

    If interested and want to do a profit share for these leads. They are sitting in my system collecting dust as we stay focused on what we do.

    Are you getting loan apps or just someone indicating an interest. I could take some on a trial for you and split commission 50%.

    Both.
    Some people apply regardless if we tell them we do working cap and eqp. Obviously they can do whatever what they want with the funds. We also have clients who do not fill out an app - they wants to refi, property, etc and they just inquire but we let them know it may not be a fit.

    My suggestion is to take the information on those that don't fill out an app and say you have an underwriter who will contact them that handles those types of loans and send it to me. I tell all the brokers to introduce me as an underwriter that is a specialist. I do conference calls when you have the prospect on the phone. If they have real estate, they can fill out a PFS form I use which lists all the real estate, balance, value, etc.

    This is from the guy who's working a $57mm deal and didn't get paid on $1.7mm of commissions and was okay with that.
