Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced sales manager who will help take our young company to the next level. Silver Rock Funding, founded in February 2014 has shown incredible growth but needs a proven sales manager to run our brokerage. Hire, train, mold and run your team all as part of our growing Old Town Alexandria (VA) offices within a few miles of Washington, D.C.

Summary of Position:
* Responsible for managing the sales floor.
* Provide training and support to new and current members of your team.

Qualifications:
* Results-oriented with a great attitude.
* Proven closing ability.
* Significant Inside Sales experience. Outside Sales experience is a plus.
* Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to improve sales figures.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in the alternative business funding industry (eg. MCAs, daily debit ACH repayment programs, etc.)
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel)
* CRM experience

Benefits:
