What percent of merchants change bank credentials?

I'm trying to figure out what percent of merchants change their banking credentials right after a funding call. My guess is that it's somewhere in the range of 50%

Additionally, would it be a safe assumption that fewer people change their credentials after providing it through a link such as DL or Plaid?

Yeah they definitely should. I've had more than my share of me requesting bank statements and the client asks "Don't you remember it?"

Better suggestion - delete Plaid from your phone -

Less than 50% percent. Most of the time the login remains the same until something happens.
